Every time you agree to paint someone’s portrait for a price, or let a website post your work, or trade images with another artist, you have entered into a contract—even if it’s not in writing. This presentation discusses how you can protect your rights and save yourself heartache by understanding and taking advantage of a few simple rules regarding the many agreements that you make all the time as artists.
