Arts Counsel Texas is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves creatives, arts non-profits and small businesses, arts professionals, attorneys, business professionals, and all who support the arts by facilitating meaningful communications and relationships through education, legal advocacy, and collaboration.

Arts Counsel Texas began when our founding members recognized the evolving responsibilities of attorneys and other professionals as our local cultural economy expands. In pursuit of our mission, we promote the preservation of our thriving arts community by furthering interaction between creatives, professionals, and attorneys as well as prioritizing our sustainability to ensure continued service to the community.
